Back Pain According to the 5 Biological Laws
Back pain is one of the most widespread complaints today, yet according to the 5 Biological Laws developed by Dr. Hamer it is not a random disorder…

According to the 5 Biological Laws of the Germanic New Medicine developed by Hamer, abdominal bloating, often associated with digestive problems, and every intestinal symptom are neither random events nor mistakes of the body. On the contrary, they are biologically meaningful responses, part of specific Significant Biological Special Programs involving the intestine, the digestive system and the whole digestive tract.
From this perspective, what is commonly described as one of the so-called diseases is in fact a precise correlation between conflict, the tissues involved and biological function. This approach, acquired through 5LB professional training, does not claim to be complete or to replace conventional medicine, and keeps its explanations at a level suited to educational purposes.
One of the central elements in generalised bloating and fluid retention is the Refugee Conflict, often underestimated yet clinically relevant, especially when constipation or persistent sluggish bowels are present.
This biological conflict arises when a person feels alone, abandoned or “out of place”, as if their surroundings were hostile to their survival. It is a deep, visceral feeling that activates the renal collecting tubules, tissues of endodermal origin controlled by the brainstem, which are involved in digestion.
During the active phase, the body increases the absorptive function of these tissues: there is an increase in function, with retention of water, uric acid and essential nutrients. The body “stocks up” in order to nourish itself and survive, producing abdominal bloating, weight gain and a build-up of fluid in the adipose tissue.
This mechanism does not directly concern the colon or the small intestine, but it can amplify any other digestive symptom that is already present.
Bloating becomes particularly noticeable when the Refugee Conflict is active at the same time as the healing phase of another SBS: this condition is called the Syndrome.
In this case, the retained water flows into the tissues that are repairing, causing oedema, pain and other amplified abdominal symptoms.
A typical example is ascites, that is, the build-up of fluid in the peritoneum, which can appear when a peritoneal mesothelioma enters the repair phase within the digestive system.
Localised symptoms of the intestine, such as aerophagia, intestinal gas, diarrhoea or difficulty with bowel movements, depend on the tissues involved and on the kind of morsel experienced as indigestible.
The endodermal mucosa of the small intestine, the colon and the duodenum reacts to conflicts linked to a vital morsel: something that cannot be digested, absorbed or eliminated (a food, an annoyance, an event endured) can affect digestion.
Active phase: cell proliferation (adenocarcinoma), often without symptoms, but which can slow down transit and digestion, which are fundamental processes in the body.
Healing phase: breakdown of the tissue by fungi or bacteria, with the appearance of mucus, diarrhoea, bleeding and a drastic drop in absorptive function, an important notion where the intestinal mucosa is concerned.
In the small intestine, this can cause flatulence, fermentation of the food bolus, a build-up of gas and bloating due to reduced absorption.
The smooth muscle of the intestine is responsible for peristalsis and intestinal motility.
In the active phase: increased peristaltic activity in one section and contraction or blockage in other segments.
During the epileptoid crisis: colic, spasms and pain, with hyperactive peristalsis.
These phenomena are often mistaken for conditions such as Crohn’s disease, food allergy, dairy intolerance or other psychosomatic disorders, without considering the underlying biological meaning.
