A Course in 2 Online Sessions starting on 26 November 2025 (time of each session 21:00–22:30 approx.), to understand anxiety and panic attacks according to the 5 Biological Laws. Attendance is open to anyone interested.

Practical information

How the Sessions work

Via Google Meet: once you have enrolled you will receive an email with the link to join. You will receive an email reminder a few days before the course starts and on the day of the course.

Particular importance will be given to participants’ questions, because I believe this interaction is essential for effective learning. This course will not be a mere “monologue”: it will be enriched by constructive dialogue.

The length of each session will vary depending on the number of questions asked by participants. Once the questions are over, the session will end. On average each session lasts about two hours, for a total of about 5–6 hours of course.

Speaker

The course is taught by Andrea Taddei, educator on the 5 Biological Laws. Since 2013 he has written seven books on the subject and runs courses, seminars and webinars in which he explains the model in simple words. About the author
